In the post, Maggie, 29, was joined by the show’s host – and her dad – Pat Sajak, 77.

“So I’m behind the puzzleboard, and look who I found!” Maggie announced to her fans while in full glam, with her hair and makeup perfectly styled.

The social media correspondent turned her camera to show Pat, who smiled in a suit behind her.

“It looks like an election headquarters back there, all those TV screens and everything, I think I see some anchormen,” he joked as Maggie showed a group of people sitting and looking at screens behind the board.

“A lot of people were asking what behind the puzzleboard is like, so we’re giving you a glimpse,” she explained.

“Yeah, we can’t show you a lot because there are certain things that are highly classified,” her television star father added.

He then urged, “Show ’em my water stand here! Look, it says ‘Pat’s water’ right there, and… look, I’m almost through with this one!” he said as she showed off bottled Fiji water sitting on a stool in the corner.

“They just gave me enough to last the rest of the season,” he joked, with only a few small bottles on display.”

“Secrets from behind the puzzleboard!” Maggie captioned the video.

In the comment section, lots of fans shared their excitement to finally see more of the set.

“The water stand is the funniest part of this video, but what’s behind the puzzle board is very cool,” one person wrote.

“Oh jeez that’s RIGHT behind the board. Wow that’s really cool to see!” agreed a second.

“The director’s booth is behind the puzzle board? How could I have not known that. I thought they had a room for the director and the producers,” said a third gameshow fan.

“Well it’s about time we saw behind the puzzle board! For years I always wondered what it was like back there!!!” another commenter exclaimed, along with a string of exploding head emojis.

END OF AN ERA

Pat joked that he’d been given enough water to last the season, after announcing that Season 41 would be his last.

In June 2023, Wheel of Fortune announced on Instagram that Ryan Seacrest, 49, would step into Pat’s role.

While Vanna White, 67, will remain the show’s co-host, she recently admitted that she considered retiring along with Pat.

However, the star signed on for two more years, and admitted, “I thank God after all these years that I still love my job.”

Soon after Ryan was announced as Pat’s replacement, an insider claimed that Vanna was unhappy not to be offered a solo hosting role.

“She was disappointed that they didn’t give her more of a chance to take over Pat’s job, or that she wasn’t able to give her two cents on the replacement,” the source claimed.
