Why ‘Family Feud’ Fans Are Stunned by Steve Harvey’s Major Physical Transformation

Steve Harvey’s fans have been vocal about their concern for the game show host’s health, but the latest video he shared has them thinking the exact opposite.

On Thursday, October 10, Harvey, 67, shared a video on Instagram in celebration of his wife Marjorie Harvey’s 60th birthday. In the video, the couple is dressed to impress — with the long-running Family Feud host looking dapper in a slim-cut black suit and Marjorie stunning in a mermaid-fit gown — appearing as resilient as ever as they share a little kiss for the camera.

“Wow, major transformation Steve. And they always beautiful Marjorie,” one fan wrote, while another added, “I don’t pass out Compliments as you know Big Homie. But y’all looking CLEAN AF!” A third said, “They both look so slim and good, wow😍🔥❤️.”

The compliments didn’t end there.

“YALL LOOK AMAZING!!!” another fan gushed.

“Dope pants Sir!” a fifth follower penned, specifically pointing out Steve’s snappy dress pants. “Happy Birthday Mrs. H!💐.”

The celebratory video and fan response were a stark contrast to the reaction to a different clip posted by the former Miss Universe host on August 30 — during which Steve and Marjorie walked on the beach and Steve smoked a cigar.

Based on his slow walk and perhaps unsteady gait, the August video had fans concerned the Family Feud host’s health might be declining.

Some fans expressed their concern in the comment section of the post, writing, “Walking like an old man. Hit the gym bro,” while a second fan wrote, “This couple! But why is this man going into the ocean with a cigar? Let ur lungs breathe sir. Oxygen. Health is wealth.” A third asked, “Are they holding hands or she holding him up?”

However, it should also be pointed out that the Harveys were walking on uneven sand and in the water — neither exactly a steady surface, particularly when holding hands.

Harvey has been vocal about his feelings toward fans giving him health advice in a viral video posted on YouTube on August 30, 2016. In the video, the comedian tells fans, “Before you tell me what cigars do to your body, let me tell you what it do for me. Because I gotta work from the time I wake up, I say I gotta have little moments in the day where I’m just doing what I wanna do. And a cigar is relaxing to me.”
