Everything to Know About the New Reba McEntire Sitcom ‘Happy’s Place’ on NBC

Fans who have been clamoring for a Reba reboot will have to settle for an entirely new Reba McEntire sitcom instead. Not a bad tradeoff! It was reported in January that the country superstar would headline a multi-camera comedy pilot at NBC, but we now know that the series, called Happy’s Place, has received a full season order.

As if that wasn’t thrilling enough, the show will reunite McEntire with Reba costar Melissa Peterman.

Read on for more details about the new show, including what it’s about, who else is in the cast and when it might be released.

(These three also worked in varying capacities on McEntire’s ABC show Malibu Country, which only ran for one season between 2012 and 2013.) New to the mix is Julie Abbott, who will also serve as a non-writing EP.
