Justin Timberlake has been arrested in the Hamptons for driving while intoxicated, and he was seen for the first time since the incident as he appeared in court

Justin Timberlake found himself in legal trouble as he was hauled into a Hamptons court on Tuesday, following an arrest for allegedly driving under the influence.
The pop star, aged 43, had been enjoying an evening with buddies in Sag Harbor, a posh area of the Hamptons, on Monday night.
It’s claimed that around half past midnight, Timberlake attempted to drive home but was stopped by the authorities.
Looking noticeably paler, Timberlake showed up for his 9.30am court appearance.
It has been reported by People that the singer was “handcuffed” as he entered court but were removed after he was let out on custody.

Attempting to go incognito, he donned a dark band tee beneath an unbuttoned black shirt, paired with a black baseball cap and shades.
“He will be arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court this morning. At this time, we have no further comment.”

A MailOnline insider reported: “Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights. They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.”
According to TMZ, Justin was spotted at the American Hotel with friends and allegedly ran a stop sign upon leaving.
It’s reported that his driving was erratic, which led to him being pulled over.
Law enforcement reportedly conducted a field sobriety test and requested Justin to take a breathalyzer test, which he declined.
Sources claim that Justin’s friends arrived at the scene and attempted to persuade the officers to be lenient with the Sexyback singer, but their efforts were in vain as he was arrested.
Allegedly, the entire incident was captured on body-cam footage.
Justin is currently embarking on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, with his most recent performance taking place at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida on June 15.
He’s set to perform two shows in Chicago later this week before heading to Madison Square Garden in New York next week.
