The Price Is Right contestant dislocates shoulder celebrating – and can’t spin wheel

A Price Is Right contestant may have won a trip to Hawaii but he also took home a dislocated shoulder after celebrating a little too hard after his win.

A delighted contestant on The Price Is Right ended up getting an extra special trip after winning on the show – to the emergency room.

In last week’s installment of CBS’s hit game show, the excited winner ended up dislocating his shoulder while celebrating after he won the game Bonkers.

The contestant, Henry, had 30 seconds to guess whether each digit in the price of a trip to Hawaii should be higher or lower than what was listed.

As he rushed to hit the red button, the board lit up and the show’s famous winning sound rang letting Henry know his guess was correct.

Henry then threw his arms into the air in celebration and jumped up and down with excitement, but in a very unexpected twist of events he injured his shoulder.

The moment Henry celebrated his win was shared on the show’s official Instagram account, along with the caption: “He won a trip to Hawaii and the ER #PriceIsRight (Update: Henry is feeling better and all healed now!)”

At the end of the clip, fans see Henry reappear on set with his wife, Alice, who was tasked with the challenge of spinning the wheel for him.

But before Alice could do so, Drew jumped in saying: “Let me explain what happened. This is Alice, Henry’s wife.

“Henry was celebrating and going, ‘Woo’ and he dislocated his shoulder,” he added, which was met with a disappointed groan from the audience.

“So, he’s not going to be able to spin the wheel, but Alice is going to spin the wheel for him,” Drew continued.

Alice went on to spin the wheel which landed on the number 95, sending Henry to the Showcase Showdown where he bagged a tropical vacation to Hawaii.

Fans fled to the comment section to congratulate Henry on his win while also wishing him well on his recovery.

Another fan @mrs_willieldavis commented: Glad to hear. He looked liked during the rest of the show that he had been given pain medication or a shot. His wife spun the wheel for him. Yeap he’s a trooper.”

A third user @just_amos noted: “That was crazy to watch. He had to be in pain, but he kept on going!! So glad he gets a trip!”
