FAMILY Feud’s Steve Harvey has warned a contestant to be quiet after they gave an answer that shocked everyone.

During the Fast Money round, Steve, 67, asked player Susan, “Name an annoying creature that you wish would hurry up and become extinct.”

With only 20 seconds on the clock to answer five questions, Susan said the first thing she thought of.

“Dog,” she blurted out.

The clip posted to TikTok then fast-forwarded to Steve and Susan going over her answers.

Steve said the question again and her answer “Dog” popped up on the board.

He could barely finish the question as he leaned forward and laughed into his cards.

“Like a neighbor’s dog,” Susan explained.

“Be quiet,” Steve said.

Susan laughed as the host went on.

“You know how many people are gonna hate you?” he said.

Steve picked his head up and said, “You said, man’s best friend.”

Ultimately, Susan got zero points for her answer.

‘HOW COULD YOU?!’

Fans in the comments did not agree with Susan and offered alternative answers like mosquitos, snakes, roaches, and more.

However, some scolded the contestant for saying dogs.

“The way I gasped at her answer. Like my soul left its body,” wrote another.

“How was dog the first thing you come up with?” wondered a third.

“She has so many options,” pointed out another fan.

NOT SO CLEAN

This is not the first time Steve has been shocked by an answer recently.

He told a contestant that they looked stupid after giving a controversial answer.

“We asked one hundred men if your wife asked you what she does best what’s your answer?” the host asked the contestants.

Contestant Lee buzzed in quickly with an answer.

“Clean,” he said hesitantly.

Boos erupted around the studio as Steve stayed silent, giving Lee side-eye.

“First thing that popped in,” Lee explained.

Steve left the podium and walked over to the other team.

“See how stupid he looks right now?” he asked.

The camera then showed a nervous Lee and his wife, Mia.

When Steve returned to his spot at the podium, he repeated Lee’s answer and to his shock it was on the board.

“Clean” was number three on the board.
