America’s Got Talent Judge Sofia Vergara is very proud of her son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara — and she’s more than happy to share his company with her friends and coworkers.

On April 13, 2023, Vergara shared a cute photo on her Instagram story of her son standing next to Judge Heidi Klum backstage at a time that the two women were filming the show. In the snapshot, Manolo Vergara sported a gray denim jacket while Klum wore a multicolored shawl over her shoulders.

Who is Sofia’s Vergara’s son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara?

Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, 32, attended Emerson College in Boston and graduated in 2015, according to Closer Weekly. Since then, the younger Vergara has gone to pursue an acting career of his own.

Manolo posted a photo from his childhood in the 1990s to celebrate Sofia’s birthday in 2023. “Happy Birthday ma!!!! Te quiero mucho,” he wrote.

What movies and TV shows has Manolo Gonzalez Vergara been in?

Manolo Gonzalez Vergara biggest acting job was on the 2017 streaming series Guilty Party, in which he played a main character named Preston.

His first one-screen role was in the high school thriller, White Rabbit, and later had a role alongside his mother in her 2015 buddy comedy flick with Reese Witherspoon, Hot Pursuit. He also had roles in 2018’s Destined to Ride, alongside Joey Lawrence and Denise Richards, and in 2019’s Vandal, about a group of Miami graffiti artists.

“She kind of wishes I wasn’t in this business like at all. She like: ‘It’s hard, why? Get a real job. Something stable’,” Manolo told Access when discussing his show Guilty Party. “She gives me a lot of advice. Sometimes I don’t ask for it, but she gives me a lot of advice,” he added.

He has also visited the AGT set many times: Once, he posted a photo with the competitor Hurricane (a dog who competed on Season 18 and won the show alongside his trainer Adrian Stoica).

“Bambina, I hope you win,” he captioned it.

“PUPDATE: SHE WON,” he later added.

What is Sofia Vergara’s relationship with her son like?

Vergara is more than proud of her son. “Every time people compliment me about my son, Manolo, it is very rewarding,” she told People in 2016.
