Gwen Stefani cuddles up to The Voice co-star Reba McEntire – but angry fans still want her to be fired for ‘bad choice’

GWEN Stefani has cuddled up with her fellow Voice judge, Reba McEntire in a new photo.

However, many fans left multiple comments revealing they weren’t thrilled with the pop singer’s recent decision on the singing competition show.

Posted to her Instagram on Monday, Gwen, 54, shared an adorable photo of her and Reba, 68.

The Hollaback Girl singer sat in her judge’s chair while the country music performer leaned on Gwen’s shoulder and smiled.

Gwen stunned in a multi-colored dress while Reba flaunted her curves in a black and white suit.

Gwen enticed her followers to watch the episode that aired on Monday night as she and Reba were up to bat.

She wrote: “Trust when i say u won’t want 2 miss these performances !!”

However, fans were left upset after watching Monday’s episode.

WHAT HAPPENED

Team Gwen went from six singers to three during the shocking episode.

After each singer’s final opportunity to take the stage, Gwen was tasked with a difficult feat: choosing which singers she was sending through to the live round.

In the end, the former No Doubt frontwoman chose Bias, Kara Tenae, and Tanner Massey.

Meanwhile, the Rich Girl performer sent Stee, Lennon VanderDoes, and Rudi Leigh packing – and fans were not happy.

‘THAT WAS CRAZY!’

The Voice fans were completely outraged that Gwen sent the three aspired singers home – especially Rudi.

In the comment section, fans flooded the comment section to let Blake Shelton’s, 47, wife about her “crazy” decision.

One fan said: “Rudi is destined for greatness and by far the most talented and only reason I watched this show.”

“Getting rid of Rudi was CRAZY,” another said, adding a crying face emoji.

A third warned: “You made the biggest mistake.”

“@itsjustrudi brought my interest back to watching the show…so sad she’s gone now. Thought she would have won for Team Gwen! She’s amazing,” stated a fourth.

A fifth viewer pointed out: “Gwen got it wrong. Very wrong. The only person’s music I’d want to listen to is Rudi’s.”

Throughout the season, fans have urged production to fire Gwen after seeing her judging style on the popular TV show.

During a recent episode, viewers watched as judges were forced to pit two of their team members against one another.

Judges then had to decide which they would choose, which they struggled with.

Gwen, in particular, appeared to have the hardest time choosing who she wanted to dub victorious and it frustrated some viewers.

One critic complained on X, formerly Twitter: “Sick of Gwen never making a choice, didn’t miss her at all.”

MISSING HER HUBBY

Amid the negative comments, Gwen admitted that she’s been struggling without her husband.

Blake revealed in October 2022 that season 23 of The Voice would be his last, with his final episode having aired in May.

During the blind auditions on October 9, Gwen sat on the judging panel and seemed unsettled as she watched the singers choosing other judges.

The 2000s singer said: “I’m going to have to take my wallet out to get some people on my team.”

Niall responded by grabbing his phone and pretending to speak to Blake: “I’m calling Blake for backup!

Gwen then said: “I already texted him. I’m struggling!”
