The Voice fans don’t see favorites Blake Shelton & Kelly Clarkson returning despite Adam Levine coming back to show

FANS of The Voice have predicted that two popular coaches won’t come back to the show.

The Voice has recently announced its new cast, including the return of Adam Levine, 45.

However, fans quickly wondered whether Blake Shelton, 47, and Kelly Clarkson, 42, might ever return.

Blake left the show in 2023 after 23 seasons, while Kelly was on the show from Seasons 14 to 21, and again in Season 23.

Despite both coaches being very popular, fans didn’t think they’d return to the show like Adam, who left after Season 16.
“Could the others come back?? So S26 is on its way and the Coaches for S27 were just announced and I am so flipping excited! Kelsea is going to be a coach which I have been wondering about for a while and Adam is coming back!!

“Which makes me wonder if Blake could come back if he really wanted to, Or Ariana or Kelly!? What do you all think?” the original poster wrote, also questioning a return of pop music star Ariana Grande.
“Kelly and Blake won’t be back because they don’t want to, they’ve said this many times in interviews whereas Adam hadn’t really commented since 2020,” one person claimed.
“Kelly started a new life in New York moving her talk show and family there. Blake is done other than maybe as an advisor…” said a second social media user.
“Yes he said that was the only reason he would come back would be as a mentor for Gwen,” a third fan of the television show agreed, referring to Blake’s wife Gwen Stefani.

“Blake’s done for good. And tbh him coming back after they did a gigantic send-off for him would be corny,” a fourth wrote.
“Blake said he would come back for a one-off if they got the 4 OG coaches together but besides that Blake doesn’t really have a reason to come back, he’s already had a pretty impressive run of 23 seasons,” a final fan surmised.

On Wednesday, The Voice announced the full cast for its upcoming fall season, along with next year’s Season 27.
Adam will join for Season 27, after previously quitting after Season 16.

Joining him will be country music star Kelsea Ballerini, who has only had brief roles on the show before.
However, fans were concerned about the line-up considering Season 26 already has a full panel.

The Voice has gone through many coaches in its various seasons. Some stay on for a while, while others only stay for one season. Here is who will be coaching Season 27 in 2025.
Adam Levine – Season 1 to 16, 27
John Legend – 16 to 22, 24 to 25, 27
Kelsea Ballerini – 15, Comeback Stage, 20, 27
Michael Buble – 26 and 27
Snoop Dogg and Reba McEntire will join Michael Buble and Gwen Stefani for the upcoming season.
Fans soon wondered if some of them would have to leave to make room for Adam and Kelsea.

Many thought that it might mean a completely new cast for Season 27.
“Well, season 26 is coming up and it’s gonna have Reba, Gwen, Michael Bublé, and Snoop Dogg. Adam is talking about season 27, the one coming after this next one coming up so there is still time to get on board for Adam season. Oh please make it happen,” one person wrote on Instagram.
“Omg I’m really happy he’s coming back. Bring back Niall [Horan], Reba, and Kelly [Clarkson]. Wow that would be powerful,” wrote a second.
